Is it not possible to play with 128 bots anymore? You used to be able to do so by creating a custom match via portal with PVE or PVP AI set to 128 players. I have tried this both ways and am always capped at 32 per team in game now… any way around this?

You and me in the same boat, wishing the bots that existed for sake of boosting players in 128 still existed for 128 and 128-sized maps.

Odd they would have the option then get rid of it like they did too.

I haven’t tried this recently but you can host a portal game and play any map it’s all bots unless someone else joins, you can put set it to private or throw a password on it. Last time I played online off hours there were more bots than humans.

What an incredibly ignorant thing to say. For many reasons.

It’s EA so count on the most cartoonish evil scheme being the most likely real life reason. It’s already weird 128 was possible until the day before BF6 release and then bots just couldn’t populate 128 maps anymore. You know technology just went backwards that day, that specific day 128 player maps couldn’t happen anymore even though the bots were made specifically for that reason.

Bots have been limited to a max of 64 since launch. Even in 128 there can only be 64 bots

128 we're possible when they first released BF2042 but they reduced them to 64 not long after.
