The boosters stack BUT it's only 3x XP, not 4x, as it adds +100% to the current weekend's +100% multiplier making it +200% bonus XP.

So is it just best to run casual and farm bots then?

It depends on how many kills/assists you can typically get in something like Hagental Base Breakthrough. I find that that map and mode combo is faster and more efficient than Casual Breakthrough but if you are using an off-meta weapon that can't get as many kills then Casual is very consistent and a good option.

The XP event ends in under 6 hours according to the in-game mail, so get any grinding done right away.

You may be better off trying Hagental Breakthrough using custom search and seeing how you do. With the booster active you'd probably be getting about 1 level every few kills
