I've had this game sitting in my library for some time, barely played it. Decided to give it a shot and I can't even find a single match. Is it really that bad? I've been playing a lot of older games and I still can find matches in a heartbeat in games like bO3. This game on the other hand is completely abandoned.😥

Try portal and most days people just play solo or with friends which what me and my mates do we fuck around in our own sessions and just have fun

I have a series s but HDMI port broke.

I would assume the next gen version with crosplay between PS5 Xbox series and PC would make this game very alive

It’s still playable but it pretty hard to find a full lobby. The only times you usually can is on EU servers at peak times. So sadly majority of the time you will be in a lobby that’s 50% bots

Has more people playing than BF6 on the Xbox at least. No issues getting matches.

The game is mostly dead now with Bf6 out and because this game was terrible on launch (its better now) but people don't like it

So my comment isn’t about belief. I played the BF6 trial now in July, no matter the time of the day my matches were overwhelmingly bots. Whereas in BF2042 I had mostly humans.

It was just an observation.

The last gen version doesn't have to compete with Battlefield 6 for players, since 6 is current gen only.

you have to get on peak times, for me its between 4 and 6 pacific i can usually get in a match right away but with bots then eventually you'll get one mostly other players
