Battlefield 4 still reigns supreme. Can we get all of the old devs for one last banger? BF1 is better than BF4 in some ways such as some movement and graphics.

Honestly, this is the only Battlefield game where I can feel comfortable being AFK and watching everyone else kill each other, and at the same time wanting to jump into the battle whenever I want.
This is because I'm level 140 and I have everything except the Ghost program, but I don't need it. I've been on Xbox since 2018, so is it really just a feeling of being tired of it? lol
I can be in the Shanghai towers without feeling like I'm missing out or feeling "alone" lol
In BF1, BF5, and BF6, I don't feel that peace of mind and I always feel the need to be in the battle.
Maybe it's the maps? When DICE (BFLABS) releases the Shanghai maps and others from BF4, maybe I'll feel that peace and tranquility I love.
That's why he's the GOAT to me.

In terms of gameplay, it's a masterpiece. In terms of graphics, it could hold up but it is a bit outdated. 🤏

BF4 definitely has its share of issues but so does any game and it's by far my favourite installment in the series.
I prefer the gunplay and map design of 3 but the sound design and features of 4.
I really wish either game had a way to mute/block people in text chat, I shouldn't have to pick between getting harassed by one guy vs not being able to communicate with my team.

imo the sound design of 3 was better than 4, but the movement of 4 was a whole different level. the feeling of all of the weapons and vehicles in 3 was also better, they felt so much heavier and grittier.

At launch, it was not the goat, after a year of bug fixes and DLC it became incredible but lets not forget the first year of the game being almost unplayable.

Netcode and glitch issues at launch (BF4) are different from poor game design choices (BF6).
