backup your homepath (fs_homepath) directory, on Windows its Documents -> ETLegacy

Its not just your profile want to backup
List of files you want to backup:
1. etkey
2. Any cfgs like autoexec.cfg or any other you are using
3. Any other files like nitmod key etc
4. Entire content Documents\\ETLegacy\\legacy\\profiles
