Avoid getting close to ubersoldaten like you owe them a concerning amount of money. They have an insta-kill grapple if you get too close. Gibraltar Bridge as well is likely going to be a nightmare, while not terribly difficult to avoid it can be really easy to fall in the water if you're not careful or running for cover because of how bogus some of the sightlines are where the Nazis can see you from.

The checkpoint before the night train is actually surprisingly easy to fail especially at the big ass robots at the end because you don't have the laser Kraftwerk yet.
Also return to london nautical after the moon is an absolute headache.
The moon itself is quite tricky as well as the first time in the nautica.
When getting your hideout raided by frau Engel is really bad because of the heavy shotgunners and that one area before the hangar with 4 supersoldaten.
Then in the hangar there is a panzerhund which is also very painful. Then the ending battle against deathshead is very easy to fail especially stage 2 unless you do the exploit.
That's about it but there are still some parts where it's easy to die like at eisenwald when escaping to the heavy troopers and in the U boat for the same reason.

Imo, the hardest part is the Deathshead fight. Both the companion robot at the start (you have no weapons and gotta crack open crates for grenades and supplies, then stun and quickly melee the robot) and both phases of the actual bossfight were a nightmare for me on higher difficulties, I find cover to be insufficient and you gotta be on the move 24/7 like in Doom.

Practice both nautica levels and Gibraltar bridge, run whole game on über at least once, play carefully (use stealth, or sit at the corners most of the time).
