i want to start to play the wolfenstein saga but i dont know wich one to buy first. any suggestions?

I think new order is the best game to start. It was designed to be a reboot to the wolfenstein franchise.

Yeah, that is a really good one to start, but if you wanna play them all, Return to Castle Wolfenstien, Wolfenstien (2009), and the Machine games are all connected.
Wolfenstien 3d and its expansion, Spear of Destiny, are fun in bursts if you want simple arcade gameplay, but are a slog if you wanna sit down for hours and kill Nazi's

I'd skip the ancient ones, you can actually play them later within the newer games.
I would start with "Return to Castle Wolfenstein", you can get it on GOG or Steam. Also install "RealRtCW" which improves the game technically and adds content which have been console-only. It's very good introduction into the series and also a great game by itself.
The successor of RtCW called "Wolfenstein (2009)" is actually hard to get digitally, kind of abandonware. It's not a bad game but clearly worse than RtCW and the next game, so skipping it is no shame.
After that RtCW play New Order, great revival of the series. Next play it's standalone addon Old Blood. It brings you back to Castle Wolfenstein, is a great game and adds a lot of nostalgia bonuses. You can actually play Old Blood before New Order which is set after it chronically, but I think playing NO first and getting into the new game style is good.
Then you play The New Colossus. Not as good but still a good game. Got a few minor addons, not that good but worth buying on a sale.
After that there is Youngblood...another step down but still not a bad game.
Well and after you got through all of those...we might have some news on the next game...hopefully.
