I bought a PS4 assuming there would be something similar or hopefully better. This doesn't seem to be the case. The closest I have come to is COD MW. COD WW2 and red dead redemption 2 were let downs.
I really liked railgun FFAs because it didn't take more than a few seconds to find a target and when you die, it only takes seconds to respawn. It was quite the opposite of boots on the ground with accelerator pads and jumps. Anyways it seemed to make time disappear and I played almost all day for years without getting bored.

That was my favorite game. I loved playing rail on Q3DM17.

Not part of this sub, just lurking. But you should give titanfall 2 a shot. Has a lot of quakes qualities and if giant robots are a turnoff there's a few mp modes without them.

Already have and I really like the concept it's just impossible to get a pilot free for all going and it takes forever for the others.

And yeah the matchmaking can take years if you aren't on the right server at the right time. Happy gaming dude!
