Mute spellcatser concept

Hello, I was thinking about gow a mute spell caster might work. Since sign language is in the game now would you consider that for both V and S components or do so just play with the idea that only spells without that component work. Alternatively is the " croak / exhale" sound most mute people can make good enough.
