I havent been able to play at all for the last 4 days. every time it finds me a match it wont load and says server time out, anyone have any solutions??

Do you use Portmaster by Safing or any similar programs?

I dont use anything like that. Havent had issues until Season 4s update

Restart internet router/hub for 1 hour, if it still doesn’t work try restarting for 6-8 hours.

Ill try restarting it and go from there. Thankfully i have other games to play, just super annoying

There is a ”secret” custom time to refresh router and get new IP, depending on your ISP, unless you have super perma static IP which is rare but more common in the USA.

Still doesnt work even after reinstalling. This happens on any game mode even if im not the party leader. Every other game works for me

Every other game doesn't connect to the same servers as Battlefield. Plus, there have been many times when certain games get flagged by an ISP or by the antivirus, firewall, etc. So while other games may work, updates, anticheat, software, etc., may conflict. When it comes to network issues like this, you have to start at the bottom and work your way up to see which steps do and do not work, unless someone with the same issue found a step with the same setup or changed a configuration setting that prevented them from disconnecting.

Have the Xbox settings or Steam settings been changed in any way? ISP/Routers/Networks are notorious for allowing more consoles to go through than PC programs. This is why, oftentimes, using a Google DNS or something similar works on one but not the other.
