I am aware that this has been an on going issue with the 7000 cards. I was super looking forward to using fsr4 on battlefield 6. But I can't use it because the recent driver released causes crashes and its infuriating. I can't blame Ea on this one since it is a driver issue. Stupid amd drivers.
I tried to under clock to 2300mhz and it still crashes. I have no choice but to use old drivers. The 7900xtx is an extremely capable card, just sucks that I can't fully utilize it on bf6.
If anyone has any suggestion, I'm open to them. And no I'm not switching to nvidia. I have a perfectly working card lol I can already see those comments

Forgetting FSR 4 for the moment, i can't run BF6 with any drivers after the ones that came out in march, 26.3.1. If I use anything beyond that, the game crashes. It's not a wide spread issue but its happening to a significant number of 7900xtx owners. I'm one affected by it. There are some "potential fixes" but they did not work for me. Which really sucks.
As far as FSR4, I mean if its available why not use it? That's like having an rtx4080 and not using DLSS. I'd like my game to look nicer graphically. I'm not use it for performance boost

Yeah, I was thinking that maybe you use FSR for antialiasing mainly

On a Ryzen 5800x and a 4070 the CPU is the Bottleneck slightly in WHQD overkill Settings with DLSS 4.5 Quality.

I had the same issue with the RX 7600. I tried pretty much everything, and the only thing that fixed it was switching to a Full HD (1080p) monitor and playing game modes with no more than 32 vs. 32 players.

Sorry guys for those experiencing this issue. It really sucks. We have very capable cards that we can't use on this game.
This may be an extremely reaction but sometimes I wonder if I should sell the 7900xtx and grab a RTX4080.
The 7900xtx is a beast, I mean it has 24gb of vram!

I was mistaken about getting a BSOD. However, the game was crashing to a black screen. The graphics card driver was also failing, forcing me to reinstall it.

Try drivers 26.3.1 from March. It's stable

I'm on 7900xt and don't have any technical issues (except black screen bug when leaving games). Playing @WQHD with 120% render resolution at 120fps.
