The game right now is a weird, poorly-made mix of Battlefield and Call of Duty, which sucks and won't help the game keep a good player count once the new CoD releases. Here's how I think we can make the game feel like a proper Battlefield experience—like Battlefield 1—instead of CoD gameplay.
1. Movement
The player shouldn't be able to jump-shot and cancel slides movement should be like in Battlefield 4. This would force players to use cover and buildings, making fights look good and grounded like in Battlefield 1 instead of some CoD nonsense.
2. Weapon & Operator Builds
Weapon balance and operator builds aren't fun. Nobody wants to play against people with recoilless one-tap guns. Weapons should have a progression system where each level unlocks a new version with fixed equipment that works with different playstyles—close quarters or long range. It should also take less XP to level these guns so people can play multiple weapons instead of the same four overpowered builds.
3. Team Play
Squads should get an HP boost when playing together to encourage and reward teamwork.
4. Gunfight Suppression
Suppression should be heavier and have more effect on the player to make LMGs actually useful.
5. Vehicle Balance
Vehicle health should be increased to make them a real threat unless well-prepared. Give them more range and power, especially for the tank, to counter lock-on missiles. Planes and helicopters should get heavy buffs since they're useless right now. Give fewer vehicles overall—like in Battlefield 1—to balance them out.
6. Map Design
Make the maps longer and larger. This is Battlefield, not Call of Duty. Build them with control points that force the full team to play together on one big frontline, with smaller groups on smaller sub-lines like in Battlefield 1. This gives back that "war feeling" and keeps most players focused on the same large objective. For example, the map Passchendaele in Battlefield 1 forces players to advance in waves together.
7. Visual Clarity & UI
Please stop with the giant battlepass pop-ups. They only make players hate the game more and more. This is not how you sell anything. Clean up the UI clutter and let players enjoy the game without constant notifications and flashy overlays interrupting gameplay.

It’s simple: change the decision maker with people who got love for this genre.
