Hello EA Support,
I would like to report a recurring issue I am experiencing while playing Battlefield 6.
Sometimes the game disconnects in less than 5 minutes, and other times it disconnects within 30 minutes of gameplay. When the issue occurs, I receive a “Connection Timed Out” message. After returning to the desktop and closing the game, my PC has no internet connection at all.
I suspect that the anti-cheat software may be causing a network failure, because the only way to restore the internet connection is to restart the PC. After rebooting, the internet works again, but once I launch the game, it disconnects shortly afterward with the same problem.
This issue happens repeatedly and makes the game unplayable.
Could you please investigate this problem?
Thank you for your assistance.

I have already tried reinstalling Windows, updating the BIOS to the latest version, reinstalling the game, disabling IPv6, and unplugging all USB devices except the keyboard and mouse, but the issue still occurs. My system specifications are: Intel i7-10700K, ASUS Z490-F Gaming motherboard, 32GB RAM, RTX 3070 Ti GPU, Creative AE-7 sound card. Could you please investigate this issue? Thank you

Hey, folks
There are sporadic reports here and there, but nothing that indicates an issue, from what I can see. Does that mean any map, any mode, and so on?
Has the game been repaired or reinstalled?
Are you using a VPN, a hardwired connection, or a wireless connection?
Does this happen with any class and or loadout?

I would suggest disabling various energy saving and efficiency settings:
Go into your network settings.
Find your lan setting name
Go into the LAN Status page.
Then go into it's properties
Then into the "Configure" section for the controller
Then to the advance tab.
Disable the following:
Green Ethernet and/or Energy Efficient Ethernet (you might only have one)
Interupt Moderation
Large Send Offload (IPV4 and IPV6)
Recieve Side Scaling (RSS) if it's in the list
TCP Checksum Offload (IPV4 and IPV6)
UDP Checksum Offload (IPV4 and IPV6)
Recieve Side Scaling may also need to be disabled via powershell.
Open Windows Terminal as Administrator and type in:
Get-NetAdapter
Write down the Ethernet name, for example, "LAN 1"
Then run:
Disable-NetAdapterRss -Name "LAN 1"
Disable-NetAdapterLso -Name "LAN 1"
Then restart PC.
See if that fixes it.
Did you run into the same or similar issue around this one, too?

I have seen that and i saw it was passed over to the team. I bumped that one with them and sent this thread to them as well.
Wired connection, no use of vpn, reinstall the system, reinstall the game, update the bios, change the dns, restart the router, can't solve the problem. Playing 10 hours a day during the month before the first season update is also very stable, but there is a problem after the first season update,

as a side note to the repair/reinstall part , everytime ive closed my game , i can do a verify file integrity and theres always 3 files that need to get repaired (not sure if theyre corrupt or what?) , may want to look into this , could be related to several problems for all i know including the ongoing memory leak problem.

Why am I constantly getting kicked out of sessions due to timeouts? I have high-speed internet and no issues whatsoever. But I'm constantly getting kicked in every match. What the hell is going on? Other games don't have this problem.
I'm playing on the exact same PC I started playing on at launch. I haven't made any changes. Everything was fine at launch, but now this problem has appeared. And yes, I have a new high-end PC.

Hey, folks
If you are cool with it, and you have time, can you try the steps on the
System File Checker tool
[support.microsoft.com]
Had a few people hit me up on it saying it worked, but I need to see if the repair works for more of y'all.
Cheers
