Fix the netcode and TTD once AND FOR ALL

This game is attrocious beyond madness !!! It gives cancer !!!
Is this is AAA dev ??
Dying instant at the very moment i see a guy jumping from behind a wall with 5 bullets while i didnt hear a single one on me is driving me mad !!! Many times per game !
Shooting a full mag and getting killed by someone i'm following who turn around and kills me instant without headshot (but several bullet i didnt see/hear) is painfull for my mind !!!

It is utterly OBVIOUS that all player in the same lobby do not play the same game at the same moment !!! I litterally feel this time offset between players !!
