LMG Bloom Suppression Ammo

Give LMG's that use belts, a new exclusive ammo type that can be equipped with points. Perhaps as a final unlock, that can inflict a "Bloom" accuracy effect on enemys who get suppressed. That way LMG's can actually be useful.
