I suspect this is caused by the controller talking to the game as a Mouse whilst also being a Controller, the game has dual-input lock to prevent users accessing Aim Assist for mouse users, so when controller and mouse inputs are actuated at the same the camera jumps wildly and the game starts shooting to prevent you from cheating.
Please DICE, try to find an adequate solution for this issue.
It started happening after the most recent update…
Steam Input and the controller being two separate devices at the same time seems to be the issue. Call Of Duty has a feature that locks users from using both at once, maybe having this feature in BF6 would be great!
Simply locking the game to only look for either controller or mouse and keyboard.
I’ve tried to fix the issue modifying in-game settings and Steam Input settings but nothing seems to change the in-game anti cheat problems.
