That's true. Or maybe one can change class at certain point in the map, or when they press ESC and there would be an option "Change Class".

That's a skill issue. You pick up a medics kit, revive them and then pick up the other guys kit to give it back to them. You take that away, congrats, you're not getting revived anymore.

Yeah, except once you revive a guy they will IMMEDIATELY stand back up equipping the nearest kit on the ground which happens to be yours. And by then you cannot swap kit anymore.
