I've come to accept that this game has simply balanced-out Mouse and Keyboard play (there's no point in complaining about Controller scripts and aim assist; these tools will never be removed from online play), but there's at least one wallhacker in every two North American lobbies I play in.
I'm assuming they're holding off on a banwave or something because of Season 3, but I doubt it. I think the devs will just let the hackers play out and swat them like flies until they get bored and go back to CoD or w/e.
I once had a guy jump onto a ledge, slide on that ledge and shoot me twice with a high-recoil pistol (while sliding) and fall off the ledge. This was in Mirak Valley within the interior cap point; it was a ridiculous stunt that I have never seen anyone do in any FPS game.
Luckily I had full health so he needed a third shot to do me in.
Another instance of the high frequency of cheating struck me on New Sobek City: one particular player was non-stop attacking the first cap point of NATO. This is fine, but he always seemed to be solo (no squad) and he always seemed to be looking at exactly where he needed to be looking to kill me. We had a virtual 1v1 for about ten minutes of play, and I really couldn't outflank this guy.
Yeah sure, he might be that good...but ALWAYS turning the corner to see me even as I'm crouch walking? Knowing exactly when to turn the corner and ADS-beam?
Eventually I caught him spawning on one of his redeploys in a building and was directly behind him looking through a window. I just stare at his backside for a good moment; suddenly he does a full 360 and starts shooting. He died because I was ADS'd first, but he also left the match after that kill of mine.
Another effort post on here which discussed the improbability of being like 46 and 2 or 35 and 1 in a 15 minute, small-mode, infantry-only match can also apply here. The actual playerbase of this game is very small so I think a lot of people are thinking they can 'get away' with cheating because no one will report or no one will actually look at their gameplay with depth.
