Spot on. This black screen bug has been around since season 2. I've experienced it and posted about it several times myself. In fact, I uninstalled because of it. Reinstalled last night after a month off or so, and experienced it again. Usually happens to me on Cairo Bizarre. For the EA artificial intelligence bot to act as if this is the first time they, he, she, it has heard about it is one reason the player base is frustrated.
