I don’t own any consoles and I couldn’t find a listing for it on Steam, is there any way I can purchase the game for my computer? (preferably digitally but if I can only get it physical then that’s fine)

My understanding is that it's currently unavailable anywhere due to the rights being split with Zenimax and the old publisher, Activision. A quick search does show people selling physical PC copies for pretty cheap on ebay, but I don't know if it has any DRM or license keys that would prevent it from running off a used copy.

You cant buy it digitally, you can buy used copy on Ebay or somewhere else, or just pirate it, game is abandonware, so you have all rights to download it from sites like myabandonware or torrents.

I bought one on eBay. Unfortunately, the copy protection requires the physical disk to be attached to the computer, and my recent laptop doesn't have a CD player.
