Top Secret 1st editions only melee combat rules are an elaborate double blind mess for anything but climactic duels.

WWN and it’s factions system. Didn’t really get the point of it. Love the game though.

Tankbuster - Panzer / armor
If it has tracks, I'm shooting it.

I do not use Might in Legend in the Mist. I handle scale the, perhaps old-school, PbtA way of having more checks to accomplish the goal. I don't give you a -3 because you are attacking the dragon, I make you roll to get close enough to attack the dragon without it biting you in half and then have you roll to attack. I feel it flows better from the fiction, and is more interesting than a simple modifier to the roll.

Backisreal157 - Trial / new blood
Still learning the smokes.

Pretty much every sci-fi game I own or have played and their starship combat systems. Nothing has ever been good, although I'm holding out hope for GURPS Spaceships (if I ever run it).

See you on rng-et-1.

The full hacking rules in Eclipse Phase are a lot.

Prey ( 2017 ) has mechanics that penalizes You for taking alien Powers. The powers are so insanely fun that i don't care

sanya9272 - Map votes

Every game and their skill system.

I made my own that is flexible and simple and just use that unless I'm trying a new system for the first time.

i really like how Star Trek Adventures does it, the key is that you can use each other's stations at a penalty
