As the title suggests, there has been a regression with the most recent update with respect to Steam Input/Steam Controller compatibility. There was previously a similar issue that would cause the weapon primary fire to be triggered with single taps constantly, and this issue seems similar, expect it engages a fully automatic primary weapon fire action. The button prompts in game also initially show keyboard prompts. The menu seems to be unaffected; only active gameplay is broken.

Since this started after the most recent update and only affects gameplay, it would be helpful to know if it occurs with Steam Input both enabled and disabled, or only in one configuration.

Same here, I disabled the steam input but it still does it to me just not as often as when input was enabled

I had this occuring on Steam Deck played via Geforce Now.
