anyone else getting this constantly, especially in menus?

It happens almost 100% in menus, any menu.
It has happened in game too a couple of times.

constantly in menus, any menu. random. no more than 30 sec apart.
annoying as ♥♥♥♥.
nothing has changed setupwise.
same issue on 1GB eth, wifi, even phone tether wifi share.
its the same.

well, looks like i cursed my isp for no reason at all

i had this.....i reset my router, MOCA adapter and the fiber hub on the back of my house to fix it.....
if you have a normal modem just unplug it and the router for 10 seconds.....
if you have a fiber optic hub make sure to look for a battery....dont have one unplug for 10 seconds....have one unplug battery and main power.....
if that dont fix it i got nothing....cause this worked for me

i switched off my ISP and played through my phones internet.
exact same issue but connections world apart.
its an EA thing.
