Banned for complaining about hackers

EAs automated system banned me forever for complaining about hackers in my match, the AI hyperfocused on me calling them chinese due to their abnormal ping and characters in their name and assumed I was being racist. Now I cannot play any EA game I own, 14 years down the drain due to EA's terrible customer support.
