same happened to me, for calling a chinese, well chinese. That was in bf 2042. gave me a 7 day ban. I am done with ea to be honest. These maps are trash too. naval warfare , my foot. BF is dead for me. Plying since bf 1942.

Because you shouldn't label individuals like that. You may not have intentional racist intent. However, you don't know who's playing behind the computer.
I've had several Asian names throughout my Gaming history. I wasn't born in an Asian Country.
EA Javelin is an automated system that bans for hardware anomolies.
Text/Voice etc - Are manually banned due to the unpredictable nature/culture/language barriers. So this is manual.
Judging by what you said. You've been manually banned for something you said. Which they've deemed unacceptable.
You also accused the individuals of "hacking". Which is most likely false. It was more than likely the Aim Assist on a controller which helped the individuals(you see this often).
Word of advice? - It's a video game. If you don't like something, keep quiet. Quit the game. THEN talk to Customer Service and vent your anger. Venting your anger and frustration through the right channels, will always be the right option.

I dont know that it would help but as far as accounts and things go, I was able to contact an online EA Chat thing and get an account issue resolved, you should be able to do the same.

My MP account was banned from the Steam community of BF6 for the same thing. They're pathetic.
So they can't ban cheaters. They can't ban chinese people who write obscene things about Taiwan and Japan. Who are these EA and DICE?!

honestly its soo wrong that they ban your entire account, all games and all future purchases, it's quite possibly the most insane thing I've ever seen in gaming tbh. 100% makes you want to buy a console and go disc, and they are even ending that now... 1 year, 10 years, 20 years, all it will take it one unacceptable move on your part for them to ban your life account.
